US Seasonal Farm and Hotel Jobs (H-2A & H-2B) – Official Job Orders on SeasonalJobs.dol.gov

The US Department of Labor publishes every approved H-2A (farm) and H-2B (non-farm seasonal, e.g. hotels, kitchens, landscaping) job order on SeasonalJobs.dol.gov, with employer name, pay, dates and housing. It is the official place to check that a seasonal US job and its employer are real before you deal with anyone.

Who can apply

Since 17 January 2025 there is no longer a list of eligible countries for H-2A and H-2B, but the 2026 US visa suspension still blocks all visas for nationals of 12 African countries (including Mali, Niger, Sierra Leone and Sudan). The US employer must petition for you. By law, no employer, agent or recruiter may charge you a placement or recruitment fee.
