Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program 2027–28

A non-degree, one-year professional development exchange programme in the US for mid-career professionals from designated countries, including many across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. Fellows participate in university-based study combined with professional visits and networking.

Who can apply

Only for: Mid-career professionals from designated eligible countries (excludes US citizens/permanent residents). Mid-career professionals from eligible designated countries with at least five years of professional experience; deadlines vary by country and are set by local US embassies.
