ETH Zurich Excellence Master's Scholarship 2027

ETH Zurich's Excellence Scholarship supports outstanding international students admitted to a master's programme at the university, covering tuition and living costs. Applications open each autumn alongside the main admissions cycle, with deadlines typically in December.

Who can apply

Only for: Applicants must be in top 10% of their Bachelor's programme and not already enrolled in or holding a Master's degree. Open to international students applying to or already admitted to an ETH Zurich master's programme with an outstanding academic record.
