Anthropic Fellows Program – Paid 4-Month AI Research Fellowship (US, UK, Canada)

Four-month, full-time mentored research fellowship where fellows work with Anthropic researchers on an AI safety, security, ML systems or economics project aiming for a public output such as a paper. No PhD or published research needed, but fluent Python and a strong technical background are required. In earlier cohorts 25–50% of fellows got full-time offers. Applications are handled by Anthropic's official partner Constellation via the link on the official job page.

Who can apply

Only for: People with existing work authorisation in the US, UK or Canada who are fluent in Python. Any nationality, BUT you must already have (or independently obtain) full-time work authorisation in the US, UK or Canada and live there during the program. Anthropic does not sponsor visas for fellows.
