2027 Ibrahim Leadership Fellowships

Three Fellows are selected each year to work for 12 months in the executive offices of the African Development Bank (AfDB) in Abidjan, the UN Economic Commission for Africa in Addis Ababa, and the International Trade Centre in Geneva. Fellows contribute to research and policy work while receiving direct mentorship from institutional heads.

Who can apply

Only for: African nationals only. Must be a national of an African country, hold a Master's degree, have at least 7 years of relevant work experience, and be under 40 (or 45 for women with children).
